I'm taking your challenge but amending it a bit for a household of non-mushroom eaters. Chicken baked in white wine and chicken stock with capers, onions and mushrooms. It's really Chicken Marsala, but our sad grocery store had no such thing as Marsala wine-- Chardonnay to the rescue!
