Chicken & Mushrooms

This is what I'll be doing today. Through Dorie Greenspan's blog I happened on to the genius of Chef John at Food Wishes.

I vote we all just cook this today and call each other to discuss!

  1. I'm taking your challenge but amending it a bit for a household of non-mushroom eaters. Chicken baked in white wine and chicken stock with capers, onions and mushrooms. It's really Chicken Marsala, but our sad grocery store had no such thing as Marsala wine-- Chardonnay to the rescue!

    I write up a little post if it goes well!
